Located below are the primary contracts used in purchasing real estate in both NC and SC. The important forms you need to be aware of are the Working with Real Estate Agents Brochures for both states. Each state requires this brochure to be given to a potential client/customer at first substantial contact. Every real estate agent you meet with should give you this brochure. The next form for you to know is the Buyer Agency Agreement for both states. This is required for a buyer to become a client with an agent. Once you become a client the agent is resonsible to look out for your best interests and owes fiduciary duties to you as a buyer.
