Plasma Realty  specializes in helping Buyer's that are looking to purchase a  Home. Our service to you is Free. We are compensated by the seller or builder.

 Here is how to qualify for the Free TV offer:

• Minimum Purchase Price is $150,000 for a  42" TV. Or you can receive a $500 closing cost credit or Gift Card.
• If purchase price is under $150,000, you will receive a 32" HD TV or a $250 closing cost credit or gift card.
• This offer is for both New Home purchases and resales.
• Plasma Realty must be listed on the Purchase Agreement as a Co-Broker and paid a minimum 2.5% commission by the seller.
• You will receive your new HD TV within 30 days after closing on your new home.
• We cannot guarantee a certain model or brand name TV. We do guarantee the size (42")High Def(HD) Plasma or LCD(flat screen) TV.
  
• If the client cancels their contract or purchases a home without Plasma Realty listed as their Buyer Agent they will not receive the TV or gift card. 
• We will deliver the TV to your home, but the Buyer is responsible for installation and/or mounting.
• The Buyer must inform their lender they will be receiving a closing gift for up to a $500 value. The gift must be disclosed on the HUD closing statement.
• Buyer agrees to allow Plasma Realty to advertise the sale of your home by placing a sign in the front yard of your new home for up to 30 days after closing.
